At CoTrim, our confidence in the quality of our products and workmanship means we can offer a three-year warranty that gives you peace of mind, providing you with comprehensive coverage for the conversion work we have carried out on your vehicle.
Warranty and Cover
CoTrim’s warranty protects you against any manufacturing or material defect for up to 3 years (except hydraulic access lifts, which are restricted to 1 year) subject to a total mileage limit of 100,000 miles from first registration, whichever comes first.
This applies to conversion work to all new and used vehicles which are sold and remain in the United Kingdom. It covers the cost of repairing or replacing faulty conversion parts by a CoTrim technician at our factory in Salisbury, or by a CoTrim approved repair centre. Product Care – to comply with the terms of our warranty, hydraulic wheelchair access and cargo lifts must be serviced regularly in accordance with the lift manufacturer’s instructions.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, and does not apply to damage due to accidents, misuse, or alteration to any original conversion parts, also damage or corrosion caused by chemical treatments or unauthorised repairs by non-approved repair centres.
